Terms and Conditions
I want to ensure that all of my students have a positive experience. To ensure this, please take a few minutes to read through the Terms & Conditions. Here, you will find all of the important information you need to know about my singing lessons, such as cancellation and rescheduling policies, payment terms, and more. 1. All lessons must be paid for before the end of the month promptly on receipt of an invoice from me.
2. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the full fee is payable.
3. In the event that I have to cancel a lesson, I will try to reschedule and if that is not possible, I will refund the full amount. Due to the nature of being self employed and a working actor this is sometimes unavoidable.
4. If you are late for a lesson, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time.
5. If you wish to cease lessons at any point please give me as much notice as possible so I can fill your slot
6. I am happy for you to record your lesson, but please let me know beforehand. No recording is allowed to be shared or put on the internet.
7. Please do not come to a face to face lesson if you are feeling ill with a contagious cold, cough or throat infection. I will endeavour to rearrange your lesson online.
8. I reserve the right to refuse entry to any lesson.
9. I reserve the right to modify or terminate any coaching agreement at any time.
